Biblionix announced compliance with the Access for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA): the Apollo Automation System’s on-line public catalog (OPAC) meets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, Level A.
“Biblionix leads the field in responding to the needs of Ontario public libraries,” said Michael Dawber, CEO/Librarian at the Rainy River Public Library. “We could not have built an AODA-compliant OPAC so quickly, and so economically, without the Biblionix team.”
Rainy River’s public catalog can be viewed here: rainyriver.biblionix.com. The AODA compliant catalog is available to Ontario customers immediately and at no additional cost.
