If you want to set ILL loaning parameters by material type, you can do that in Apollo

Set to add an automatic fee to an ILL loan to help defray some of the shipping costs

Pull item off shelf
ILL item will show in Apollo in the same way any other reserve will show
Scan item
Part of your standard workflow – Apollo will notify you that this is an ILL to be sent out
Mark as sent
Mark the item as sent in Texas ILL system
